Marions Photographics reserves the right to accept or refuse orders as we see fit.

We require a 50% deposit before we will process your order. So if you have chosen the 'cash' or 'cheque' option to pay for your order, please note that you will be required to come by the studio or post a deposit, then return to our studio to pick up the order once it is done (unless you want it posted out for an additional fee).

We do retouching of images if requested. Such things as blemishes, removing unwanted objects and even placing people in/out of an image are all possible! We charge $50 per hour. Most small things can be done under 30mins

Please note that cropping will occur on some images ordered in 6x8 & 11x14. If you do not want any cropping to occur, we suggest you order 6x4, 5x7, 8x12, 12x18 or 20x30.

We will not be responsible for the content of the images. It is your responsibility to check if the image is clear enough by using the 'zoom' feature (we will only check for images 12x18" and above) if peoples facial expressions are right and if anybody has closed their eyes. We would recommend if you are unsure, to contact us or write in the notes section that you would like us to check a certain image number for you.

We must remind you and your guests that all photos in your album as well as any orders made, are copyright by Marions Photographics. No photos may be reproduced without a written authority. IT IS ILLEGAL TO COPY PHOTOS THAT ARE COPYRIGHT.
